It is a municipal money market fund with fund interests represented digitally as tokens. Bitbybit is developing the technology and platform experience for accessing these funds. Tokenization does not remove the underlying investment risks or change the fund’s legal terms.
Is all of the income tax-free?
The proposed funds are designed to pay exempt-interest dividends. Tax treatment depends on the fund, its holdings, and your circumstances, including state residency. Some income or gains may be taxable. Final fund documents will specify applicable exemptions.
How would income be paid?
The planned experience lets you track income as it accrues daily, with distributions paid monthly. Actual yields and distributions will depend on investment results and final fund terms; they are not guaranteed.
When can I withdraw?
A proposed redemption experience supports same-day exit to USDC, subject to final fund terms, processing cutoffs, and liquidity conditions. The available redemption routes and timing will be confirmed before launch.
What are the fees and minimum investment?
